For sustainability reasons, 50 kWh/week are included in the rental price. This is perfectly sufficient during peak season and is generally not exceeded. Beyond this, I reserve the right to charge €0.30 for each additional kWh during peak season and €0.50 during off-peak season.

Water is included, and Wi-Fi is available upon request during peak and off-peak seasons.

Pets are not charged extra.

Linen package: optional €25 per person

Consisting of bed linen and sheets, bath towel, hand towel. Also included is one kitchen towel per booking.

Deposit: 250 €

down payment: 25%

Final payment: 4 weeks before arrival
